Overview:
In this course, students will learn how to support and repair desktop computers, laptops, portables, printers, and scanners. Security, from both a hardware and software perspective, is covered extensively.
Who Should Attend:
Entry-level IT professional or PC service technician with basic skills in installing, building, upgrading, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, diagnosing, and performing preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems, but without extensive field experience or specific competencies in technical hardware support in settings with limited customer interaction. In addition, candidates for CompTIA A+ certification.
At Course Completion:
