dayton terms and conditionsAll tuition and fees are payable for one program only. Payment is due ten days prior to the start of classes. If program is longer than one term, half of the balance is due prior to beginning of class and remainder is due at the beginning of the second term. Cancellation And Settlement PolicyThe student has the right to cancel this agreement at any time. The following terms apply:
Refund PolicyNew Horizons Computer Learning Center of Dayton uses the refund policy as established in the Ohio Administrative Code 3332-1-10(F)(11)(C). (11) State refund policy for programs organized on a clock hour basis: Refunds in clock hour programs shall be made for each academic term in accordance with the following procedures:
(G) In the case of documented student illness or accident, death in the family, or other circumstances beyond the control of the student, the student shall be entitled to special consideration and the school may settle the account for an amount which is less than that called for by the school's established policy. (H) Collection procedures used by the school must be consistent with the laws and rules applicable thereto. Complaint or Grievance ProcedureAll student complaints should be first directed to the school personnel involved. If no resolution is forthcoming, a written complaint shall be submitted to the director of the school.
